To whom it may concern,

I've been employed by the City of Sheridan for 2-1/2 years and I work every day as a mechanic in the city's shop. We service and repair an extremely large city fleet which includes everything from ride mowers to large dump trucks and many other various kinds of equipment. Amazingly with 30 plus years as a service technician and with an extremely broad range of tools at my disposal the most important things in any shop I've worked at has been the overhead doors. If the doors don't function or won't open my day is not going to be a good one. Last winter I had to go in at 2 am while the street crew was plowing snow because we had a door that would not open.

A few weeks ago A-One Garage Door sent a crew down and did the most thorough and professional preventative maintenance repair and overhead door inspections I've ever seen. It was led by overhead door legend Geordie Steilen (who used to be based in our area) and his son Aaron. Now our doors are working better than new again.
